The Company recognizes and provides pay for the following holidays each year:
New Year’s Day (observed Monday, January 1st)
Good Friday (observed Friday, March 29th)
Memorial Day (observed Monday, May 27th)
Independence Day (observed Thursday, July 4th)
Labor Day (observed Monday, September 2nd)
Thanksgiving Day (observed Thursday, November 28th)
Day after Thanksgiving (observed Friday, November 29th)
Christmas Eve (observed Tuesday, December 24th)
Christmas Day (observed Wednesday, December 25th)
New Year’s Eve (observed Tuesday, December 31st)

New Year’s Day – 2025 (observed Wednesday, January 1, 2025)
All regular full-time employees are eligible for time off with pay for the recognized Holidays immediately upon hiring.
In addition to the holidays shown above, the Company provides one additional floating holiday* to be scheduled by the employee, unless the Company or Plant designates this day in advance of the current calendar year.
*To be eligible for Floating Holiday, employee schedules day off in advance and obtains prior approval from immediate Supervisor.
Generally speaking, Friday will be granted as the day off with full pay if the Holiday falls on Saturday, and Monday will be granted as the day off with full pay if the Holiday falls on Sunday.
The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, add or make any changes to company-recognized holidays.
