HOLIDAYS

The Company recognizes and provides pay for the following holidays each year: 

              New Year’s Day                   (observed Thursday, January 1st)

              Good Friday                          (observed Friday, April 18th)

              Memorial Day                      (observed Monday, May 26th)

              Independence Day             (observed Friday, July 4th)

              Labor Day                              (observed Monday, September 1st)

              Thanksgiving Day               (observed Thursday, November 27th)

              Day after Thanksgiving     (observed Friday, November 28th)

              Christmas Eve                       (observed Wednesday, December 24th)

              Christmas Day                       (observed Thursday, December 25th)

              New Year’s Eve                      (observed Wednesday, December 31st)

All regular full-time employees are eligible for time off with pay for the recognized Holidays immediately upon hiring. 

In addition to the holidays shown above, the Company provides one additional floating holiday* to be scheduled by the employee, unless the Company or Plant designates this day in advance of the current calendar year. 

*To be eligible for Floating Holiday, employee schedules day off in advance and obtains prior approval from immediate Supervisor.

Generally speaking, Friday will be granted as the day off with full pay if the Holiday falls on Saturday, and Monday will be granted as the day off with full pay if the Holiday falls on Sunday.  

The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, add or make any changes to company-recognized holidays.
